Melvin Lieberman, 92

Mr. Melvin Lieberman, 92, of Livingston died Sunday, September 18, 2016. Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 20 at the Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel. Mr. Lieberman was a longtime employee of Schering-Plough in Bloomfield and then a post retirement employee of the Livingston Public Library. A longtime member of Temple Emanu-El of Livingston and an avid bridge player, Mr. Lieberman was an alumnus of both the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Connecticut. Predeceased by his brother, Seymour Lieberman, he is survived by his wife, Arlene; three children, Joan Prach, Steven Lieberman and Janet Lieberman; and two grandchildren, Jessica and Eric Prach.
