Former Livingston resident Marie A. Goldrick died in her Middletown home on August 8 at the age of 87. Visitation will be held today, Thursday, August 11, from 4 to 8 p.m. at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, 115 Tindall Road, Middletown. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, August 12, at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home. A Funeral Liturgy will follow at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Chapel, 26 Leonardville Road, Middletown. Burial will take place at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Middletown. She worked for Western Electric for many years and then for the Monmouth County Board of Realtors when she moved to Middletown. She retired in the 1980s. She was predeceased by her husband, Francis P. Goldrick, in 2015; her daughter, Kathleen Wilson; her sisters, Bartolomea and Giovannina; and her brother, John Battista. Mrs. Goldrick is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Pam Goldrick; her son-in-law, Robert Wilson; and two grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Mrs. Goldrick's memory to one of the following charities: the American Cancer Society, cancer.org; the American Heart Association, at heart.org; or the Association of the Miraculous Medal at amm.org.
