Marilyn Gloria Oshins, 82, passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, she has lived in both Coconut Creek, Florida, since 2000, and Verona, New Jersey, since 2007.
Marilyn earned adoublemaster’s degree in education from Brooklyn College and was a teacher at PS 306 in Brooklyn for many years. She was also a long time member of Hadassah and of Temple Beth Shalom in Livingston.
Marilyn was the beloved wife of the late Edward Oshins for 56 years; the loving mother of Jason Oshins (Alice) and David Oshins (Julie); the devoted grandmother of Jake, Rachel, Ari, and Elizabeth; and the cherished sister of Phyllis Jonas.
